We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team!
- Hands-on management and execution of maintenance tasks as needed in areas such as construction, electrical systems, elevators, etc.
- Responsibility for and execution of maintenance activities related to building systems, including fire detection and suppression systems, elevators, electrical infrastructure and panels, generators, air pressure systems, lifting equipment, etc.
- Managing communication with authorities (e.g., Fire Department) and the local government regarding relevant procedures, including business licensing, site documentation, factory documentation, etc.
- Managing relationships with subcontractors in the area of building maintenance as needed.
- Responsibility for and handling maintenance activities related to electrical systems.
- Writing and enforcing guidelines related to the maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Acting as the company’s and its subsidiaries' security officer – understanding the regulatory requirements and the parent company's requirements abroad, and implementing them locally.
- Managing the annual budget, including preparing work plans for necessary building improvements and investments.
